When my internet access disappeared & my IP confirmed that there was no line fault in this area, I suspected a defective router & having met Ged earlier on a callout at a friend's house, I put in a call to him.
He quickly confirmed the router was the culprit, & despite resets & firmware upgrades was unable to rescucitate it. His solution was to loan me a router to enable me to procure one online but later a phone call from him advised that PC World had them in stock at an Amazon price level. What service. Would thoroughly recommend Profega to anyone - excellent service at good prices.
